Richard Mike Jr. is a highly experienced construction professional with a proven track record of success
in the industry. With over 30 years of experience as a construction project manager assistant, Richard
Mike has developed a deep understanding of the construction process and has honed his skills in project management, budgeting, and team leadership.
In 2021, Richard Mike Jr. founded Victory 1 Transport LLC, a construction transportation company that
specializes in providing reliable and efficient transportation services to construction sites across the country. As the CEO of Victory 1 Transport LLC, Richard Mike Jr. has been instrumental in building the company from the ground up, developing a strong team of professionals and establishing a reputation for excellence in the industry.
Prior to finding Victory 1 Transport LLC, Richard Mike Jr. worked as a construction project manager
assistant for several leading construction companies, where he gained valuable experience in managing complex construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget.
In his free time, Richard Mike Jr. enjoys riding his bike, and is actively involved in the community. He is
committed to giving back to his community and supporting local organizations that make a positive impact on people's lives.
